Student for Grundfos’ Public Affairs Team

Grundfos Holding A/S is looking for a student to join the Public Affairs team in Copenhagen during the spring semester 2027.
What is the job about?
Through our role as a global leader on water and energy efficiency solutions, the Public Affairs team is actively engaged in the global political debate on some of the world’s most significant challenges: reducing energy consumption and using water in the most efficient way possible.
We support all parts of the business on political issues, and we have a global responsibility. As an intern you will therefore gain a unique understanding of the interplay between business and politics in different parts of the business across the world.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be to assist the Public Affairs team, which is part of Corporate Affairs, and consists of employees placed in various countries across the globe.
The tasks include:
- Analysing the effects of political and legislative developments on Grundfos’ business.
- Drafting position papers, consultation responses, opinion pieces, speeches, etc.
- Desk research and analysis on relevant issues for Grundfos – primarily within the fields of climate, energy, trade, and water.
- Coordination of Grundfos’ participation on major global water and climate events.
- Support senior executives’ interactions with political stakeholders.
- Ad hoc tasks
What do you need to apply?
You have strong analytical skills, and you are quality-oriented and organised in your work.
You have an international outlook, and you speak and write English fluently.
You must be able to connect the dots between politics and Grundfos’ business, and knowledge about the water and/or energy sector is a great advantage but not a requirement.
Good skills in the Microsoft Office package is a strong advantage, especially PowerPoint.
Preferably, you have 1+ years left of your studies – within politics, economics, or business, but the right candidate with another background is relevant as well.
We are seeking a student be work from our office in Copenhagen 2-3 days a week and we are of course flexible during exams. It will be possible to work from home and as we are a global team, travel might occur.
