Marketing & Communication
Continuous improvement Manager
Job Description

Are you excited about transforming how global marketing teams work?

Would you like to join a purpose-driven company shaping a more sustainable future?

At Grundfos, we see possibilities everywhere — and we’re looking for someone who shares our optimistic, can-do mindset. If you’re energized by improving processes, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and enabling better decision-making at scale, this role is for you.

WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?

As our new Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in elevating marketing effectiveness, operational maturity, and organizational alignment across our global S&M IND organization.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to design best-in-class processes, strengthen governance, and drive meaningful improvements in how we plan, execute, and measure marketing performance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for selected administrative tasks and assist the Global Marketing Director with ad hoc assignments.

You will join a passionate Global Marketing team dedicated to delivering impact, building strong collaboration across regions, and supporting the IND business with excellence.

Travel requirements will vary depending on business needs. Aprox 30-40 days a year.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development, refinement, and implementation of end-to-end marketing and leadership processes.
  • Structure, synchronize, and improve existing planning, budgeting, and meeting processes.
  • Strengthen governance frameworks, planning cycles, and execution standards.
  • Create transparency by documenting processes, clarifying responsibilities, and ensuring leadership alignment.
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration and ensure the right stakeholders are involved at the right time.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team on process excellence and structured decision-making.
  • Support the Leadership Team with agenda setting, meeting preparation, and follow-up processes.
  • Help maintain and drive a continuous optimization mindset, particularly within time and budget governance.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • We imagine that you have solid experience within Marketing Operations, Management Consulting, Process Excellence, or Project and Program Management.
  • You have experience driving efficiency initiatives, process optimization, and structured leadership support.
  • You bring a strong consulting-style toolbox from consulting or similar professional environments.
  • You are experienced in refining and structuring processes and governance frameworks.
  • You have strong analytical and project management skills.
  • You have experience working with marketing technology platforms such as marketing automation, CRM, digital asset management, and analytics or business intelligence tools.
  • You hold a relevant educational background within business, organization, operations, or similar fields. Most importantly, practical experience is valued over a specific degree.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

You’ll be an invaluable support to our Global Leadership Team — a diverse network of pioneers helping others see possibilities, not problems. We support your growth with tools to develop your capabilities and broaden your expertise.

You will report directly to Senior Global Marketing Director, IND Jimmie Rasmussen.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BENEFITS INCLUDE

A diverse and inclusive environment with employee-led communities.

A hybrid work model with home-office equipment support.

Flexible working hours and paid volunteer leave.

Competitive compensation, health insurance, parental support, and wellbeing programs.

Access to the modern Grundfos Academy.
