WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?
As our new Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in elevating marketing effectiveness, operational maturity, and organizational alignment across our global S&M IND organization.
You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to design bestinclass processes, strengthen governance, and drive meaningful improvements in how we plan, execute, and measure marketing performance. Furthermore you will be responsible for administrative tasks and assist the Global Marketing Director in ad hoc assignments. inclass processes, strengthen governance, and drive meaningful improvements in how we plan, execute, and measure marketing performance.
You will join a passionate Global Marketing team dedicated to delivering impact, building strong collaboration across regions, and supporting the IND business with excellence.
Travel: approx. 30–40 days per year, depending on business needs.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development, refinement, and implementation of endtoend marketing and leadership processes.

Structure, synchronize, and improve existing planning, budgeting, and meeting processes.

Strengthen governance frameworks, planning cycles, and execution standards.

Create transparency by documenting processes, clarifying responsibilities, and ensuring leaders are aligned.

Facilitate strong crossfunctional alignment and ensure the right people are involved at the right time.

Act as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team on process excellence and structured decisionmaking.

Support the Leadership Team with agendasetting, meeting preparation, and followup processes.

Help maintain and drive a “continuous optimization” mindset—particularly within time and budget governance.
YOUR BACKGROUND
We imagine that you have:
-
8+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Management Consulting, Process Excellence, or Project Management Organization.

Experience driving efficiency projects, process optimization, and structured leadership support.
-
A strong consulting-style toolbox (from management consulting or similar environments).
-
Experience refining and structuring processes and governance frameworks.
-
Strong analytical and project management skills.
-
Experience with MarTech platforms (MAP + CRM, DAM, analytics/BI).

Relevant education such as HD, MSc in Business/Organization, Cand.merc, or other process/operations-focused qualifications.

Most importantly: solid experience is valued over the exact degree.
