As our new Consultant, Strategic Consulting, you will be partnering with senior leaders across the business to develop and execute strategic initiatives that strengthen Grundfos's competitive position and accelerate long-term value creation. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Strategic Consulting team, you'll create impact by Delivering high-impact strategic analyses and recommendations that shape critical business decisions and help Grundfos lead the global water technology industry forward..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and business analyses to inform strategic decision-making at the corporate and business unit level
- Develop actionable recommendations and business cases for growth initiatives, partnerships, and operational improvements
- Facilitate strategy workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and execution plans
- Support M&A evaluations including target screening, due diligence support, and integration planning
- Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership and executive audiences
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a sharp analytical thinker with strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex problems into clear strategic recommendations. We would also imagine that you have:
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar strategic advisory role
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proven ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
It is a plus if you also:
- Familiarity with M&A processes, financial modeling, or portfolio strategy
