What is the job about?

As our new Communications Business Partner to Grundfos’ Industry division, you will create close relations and develop a comprehensive understanding of the Grundfos Industry business, organisation and its global internal and external stakeholders. You will provide high-quality strategic communication advisory and communication planning, ensuring close alignment with the business and securing coordinated and impactful execution in collaboration with Group Communications colleagues. Moreover, you will:

 

  • Align opportunities, threads, and priorities with country lead in an assigned focus country.
  • Collaborate closely with Group Communications content specialists on developing messages fitting the business needs.
  • Take part in developing communication across the Group through knowledge sharing, ensuring consistency via alignment of timings, ways of working and messages.
  • Be the one point of contact to your business area in terms of communication.
  • Educate and enable leaders to improve, cascade and carry out precise as well as engaging leadership communication.
  • Development of strong messaging that are both aligned with Group strategy, brand purpose and the communication framework as well as business strategy and vision.

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

 

  • A journalist, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the field of communications
  • 8+ years of relevant, professional experience in communications with a clear proven history of effectively planning and implementing communication across large businesses.
  • Experience of complex stakeholder engagement and management, including c-suite advisory in a truly global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of both internal and external communication, including M&A, change communications, leadership communications, PR and sustainability.
  • Outstanding partnership skills, with a confirmed ability to identify, initiate and coordinate efforts with both internal and external teams.
  • Excellent to native English skills in both writing and speaking.
