As our new Commercial Excellence Associate, you will be contributing to the successful transformation of our global Commercial Core program by supporting training and communication activities implementing our new CRM system, as well as taking responsibility within other commercial excellence projects. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Commercial Core PMO Team team, you'll create impact by driving system and process changes that enhance commercial success and elevates business performance.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute training and communication initiatives to support the Commercial Core transformation journey
- Collaborate with Change Management Leads and sales companies to coordinate training and communication activities
- Engage in and lead specific assignments within the Commercial Core PMO team
- Manage and deliver project tasks within Commercial Excellence defined in collaboration with the Line Manager, ensuring the timely and effective execution of these
Be aware that this is a 10-month temporary position.

Above all, you are an organized, proactive professional with excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills. We would also imagine that you have:
- Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to operate effectively and collaborate across various levels of the organization
It is a plus if you also:
- Proven experience in coordinating training and communication activities
- Project coordination qualification or equivalent
- Experience in stakeholder management
