Job Description

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives on enabling senior leaders to focus on what matters most?

As our new Executive Personal Assistant – Divisional CEO, Commercial Building Services, you will provide high-quality, forward-looking executive support to the EVP & Divisional CEO of Commercial Building Services. You will ensure smooth daily operations, effective prioritisation and seamless coordination across a complex international agenda. You’ll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture that celebrates differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being and a sense of belonging.
Your primary place of work will be our office in Bjerringbro, and you should expect to travel for approximately one week per month, primarily to Singapore

What you will be doing
As a key part of the Commercial Building Services (CBS) Leadership Support team, you will enable our divisional CEO to lead effectively by ensuring that every meeting, decision and commitment is supported with precision, discretion and professionalism.

Your main responsibilities include:
•    Manage the EVP’s calendar, inbox and priorities by pre-reading correspondence, highlighting key items, drafting responses and ensuring effective preparation across time zones
•    Coordinate meetings and engagements with senior internal and external stakeholders, acting as a professional first point of contact for the EVP’s office
•    Support Divisional Leadership Team meetings end-to-end, including planning, alignment, participation, note-taking and follow-up on agreed actions
•    Plan and coordinate selected events, logistics and practical arrangements involving the EVP, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
•    Leverage digital tools, including GenAI (e.g. Copilot), to draft materials, create summaries and continuously improve administrative processes
•    Handle ad-hoc assignments and special tasks on behalf of the EVP with structure, reliability and confidentiality

What makes you a great fit
You are a structured, dependable and discreet professional with strong organisational skills, solid business understanding and the ability to anticipate needs and act independently in a fast-paced, international environment. We also imagine that you have:
•    A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-level or senior leaders
•    A bachelor’s degree, commercial degree, or equivalent relevant experience
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
•    Proven ability to work independently with high discretion, integrity and professionalism in a complex organisational setting

It is a plus if you also have:
•    A master’s degree or additional relevant qualifications
•    Danish language skills
•    Experience using modern digital tools, including GenAI, in your daily work

Why you will love working here
We care. Day to day, you can look forward to:
•    A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support
•    Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities
•    Three additional paid days per year for volunteering in your community
•    Access to on-demand training, learning sessions and structured development programmes

We are inclusive. Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can’t, and we encourage applications from all backgrounds, experiences and abilities.
