Job Description

Are you ready to be a key player in defining the vision, roadmap and execution strategy with a focus on sustainable digital water solutions? Do you have deep knowledge of integrating digital products? If yes, then you might be the one we are looking for!

 

What is the job about?

As our new Chief Product Manager in our Solutions & Marketing team, you will drive the development and market success of sustainable, digital water solutions. Moreover, you will:

  • Define and manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and Grundfos/Lightyears goals e.g. sustainability impact, business models etc.
  • Collaborate across teams, especially with Products (Product development), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Digital and Analytics to develop high-quality, energy-efficient water solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with Grundfos’ commitment to energy efficiency, circularity and sustainable innovation. 
  • Analyse market trends (e.g. water solutions, manufacturing, leading circularity partners, potential commercial markets e.g. hospitality, healthcare etc.), customer needs, and sustainability requirements (e.g. traceability, circularity etc.) to drive product innovation.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with Grundfos/Lightyear’s environmental and digital transformation strategies with focus on circularity.
  • Strengthen stakeholder management with internal and external partners to maximize impact on digital water solutions.

 

Your background

We imagine that you:

  • Have a degree in engineering, business or a related field.
  • Have experience or deep knowledge of integrating digital products.
  • Might have experience with water solutions, including cooling, heating, and water reuse. Alternatively, broader experience in the water solution industry and other IoT technologies.
  • Possess strong knowledge of sustainable manufacturing and energy-efficient design.
  • Have expertise in strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder management.      
  • Ability to plan and execute product strategy with focus on roadmap development.
  • Communication skills that foster collaboration and working in cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in analysing market trends and customer behaviour to inform data-driven strategic decisions.
