As our new System Test Engineer, you will be specifying, developing, and evolving automated end-to-end test suites that verify complex system-of-system solutions across digital and physical product domains. What you will be doing

 

As a key part of the System Engineering & Verification team, you'll create impact by Pioneering a new test framework that ensures our connected solutions work flawlessly from embedded devices through cloud services and into the hands of our customers.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

 

  • Lead the development and rollout of a new end-to-end test framework for system-of-system testing across multiple value streams
  • Design and implement automated test suites covering cloud, connectivity, mobile apps, and embedded software in close collaboration with system engineers and developers
  • Plan and execute system requirements verification and validation, ensuring we build it right and build the right thing
  • Conduct automated analysis, assessment, and reporting of test results while maintaining comprehensive test data and configuration management
  • Serve as the system-of-system level technical authority and reviewer during feature development, ensuring solution documentation includes requirements traceability, metrics, and verification evidence

What makes you a great fit

 

Above all, you are a hands-on test automation engineer with a strong systems mindset, comfortable working across the full technology stack from hardware devices to cloud services, and driven to build frameworks that scale. We would also imagine that you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at minimum 3 years to maximum 15 years of experience working in testing platform
  • Proven experience in test automation with Python and continuous testing practices
  • Hands-on experience working across cloud services, mobile applications, and hardware devices
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

It is a plus if you also:

  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus and TCP/IP
  • Experience with continuous delivery practices in SAFe or similar agile frameworks
  • Experience building or architecting test frameworks for complex multi-system environments
