As our new Associate Service Engineer, you will be supporting customers with technical product selection, system sizing, and solution design while building strong relationships that drive sales growth across key market segments. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Commercial Sales Engineering team, you'll create impact by Collaborating with customers and sales teams to deliver optimized pumping solutions that improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and advance sustainable water management worldwide..

Your main responsibilities include:
•    Provide technical support to customers and sales teams by selecting and sizing Grundfos products for specific applications
•    Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations tailored to customer requirements
•    Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical inquiries and ensure seamless project execution
•    Conduct site visits and technical assessments to identify customer needs and recommend optimal solutions
•    Build and maintain relationships with engineers, consultants, contractors, and end-users to expand market presence
•    Stay current on Grundfos product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position solutions

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a technically curious professional with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to grow into a trusted technical advisor in the water technology industry. We would also imagine that you have:
•    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline
•    0-2 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales support, or applications engineering
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn product selection and sizing tools
It is a plus if you also:
•    Familiarity with pump systems, HVAC, water treatment, or fluid dynamics
•    Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
•    Exposure to consultative or solution-based selling approaches
