As our new Senior Software Integration Engineer, you'll be designing and maintaining automated build, test, and deployment workflows for embedded software products that accelerate DevOps adoption across Grundfos engineering teams. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Embedded Software Integration & DevOps team, you'll create impact by driving engineering transformation by building scalable CI/CD infrastructure and automation frameworks that elevate software delivery across multiple product platforms.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for embedded C/C++ software products, including automated build, test, validation, and deployment workflows
• Define and enforce pipeline standards, quality gates, and governance practices while building reusable templates and shared automation frameworks across product teams
• Integrate static code analysis, security scanning, unit testing, and compliance checks into delivery pipelines, implementing DevSecOps and software supply chain security practices
• Drive DevOps adoption across engineering teams by mentoring engineers, influencing technical direction, and leading automation initiatives organization-wide
• Develop Python-based solutions for build orchestration, deployment automation, and API integrations with DevOps and SCM platforms
• Manage cross-compilation toolchains, artifact repositories, and firmware build/packaging/deployment processes while troubleshooting complex build and dependency issues

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you're a seasoned integration engineer with deep CI/CD expertise, a DevOps-first mindset, and the ability to drive standardization and automation across multiple embedded software teams. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

• 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Build Engineering, DevOps, or CI/CD Automation with proven experience designing pipelines from scratch
• Strong experience supporting Embedded C software development environments including cross-compilation, toolchain management, and firmware deployment
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and implementing DevSecOps practices including software supply chain security
• Demonstrated ability to lead automation initiatives across multiple teams with excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

It's a plus if you also:

• Familiarity with tools such as Black Duck, SonarQube, Coverity, or Fortify, and experience in regulated industries with cybersecurity requirements for embedded products
• Track record of driving engineering transformation initiatives at scale
