Senior Quality and Compliance Engineer

As our Senior Quality and Compliance Engineer, you will lead quality assurance and compliance initiatives across our product portfolio, ensuring Grundfos solutions meet the highest standards of reliability, safety, and regulatory requirements worldwide. What you will do

 

  • Lead quality and compliance assessments for products and processes, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industry regulations
  • Develop and maintain quality management system documentation, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to embed quality‑by‑design principles
  • Monitor regulatory landscapes and adapt to evolving compliance requirements across global markets
  • Lead internal/external audits, manage findings, and close non‑conformances
  • Ensure quality assurance in software work products and contribute to global assessment teams

 

What makes you a great fit

 

  • You are detail‑oriented with deep expertise in compliance frameworks and proven ability to drive systemic improvements. Ideally, you have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field
  • 9+ years in quality engineering and/or compliance roles within manufacturing or industrial products
  • ISO 9001 certification
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and regulatory frameworks (CE marking, UL, etc.)
  • Experience in audit assessments, including software development departments
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, or statistical process control

Nice to have:

  • Experience in pump, water technology, or related industries
  • Knowledge of product certification processes across international markets
