Job Description

What is the job about?

 

The role is being an integral part of the Software Development department and is involved in the Audit Management System activities (ISO9001/14001/45001) and assessments. The job involves close coordination within all the functions/projects in GT&I. The incumbent has to be a key driver in carrying out the QEHS activities and maintain the related documents.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Establishing, Implementing & Maintaining the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System in accordance with ISO9001/14001/ISO45001.
  • Co-ordinate with Group quality for Management reviews and other standard procedures and guidelines on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for implementation of the Grundfos Standards – GDS.
  • Accountable for the multisite ISO Certification (9001/14001/45001) within the Group Technology and Innovation (GT&I) group.
  • Responsible for ensuring the adherence to procedures/policies and enhancing the Safety Culture.
  • Responsible for the Aspect/Impact assessment as per ISO14001 and Hazard/Risk assessments as per ISO45001
  • Responsible to perform internal audits (9001/14001/45001) at regular intervals and ensure the compliance to policies/procedure/standards. Be a lead auditor and driver for external audit certification.
  • Also perform assessments as required.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in QEHS and be a driver.
  • Ensuring the compliance to the Statutory requirements. 
  • Documentation and data control.
  • Safety walks & Monthly reporting of the EHS performance to Group
  • Conduct trainings related QEHS systems and build awareness to the employees.
  • Internal Audits conducted. Ensure that the NC and OFI are documented and addressed before the due date.
  • Be the Lead auditor for external audit certification.

 

Your Background:

 

  • The individual will have to possess working knowledge and 8-12 years. experience in implementing/handling Process Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System and related standards in workplace, Risk Assessments, External/Internal audits, Documentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform internal audits (9001/14001/45001) at regular intervals and ensure the compliance to policies/procedure/standards. Should have at least 5 years’ experience in performing audits and supporting to close the NC’s and OFI’s.
  • Have experience in performing assessments apart from internal audits.
  • Should have worked in a SW development set-up.
  • Skilled and certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001
  • Establishing, Implementing & Maintaining the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Management System in accordance with ISO9001/14001/ISO45001.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Should be a good trainer to conduct trainings related QEHS systems and build awareness to the employees.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 15288 (Systems Engineering INCOSE)
  • Be a lead auditor and driver for external audit certification.
  • Documentation and data control.
