As our new Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be driving the design, development, and optimization of electrical systems for next-generation of pump manufacturing & testing technologies, collaborating across manufacturing and R&D to deliver robust, energy-efficient solutions. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team, you'll create impact by Developing innovative electrical designs that enhance production stability and efficiency cross diffrent Plants in Grundfos in different countries.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Be the tester technical responsible person for CBS EMEA region.
  • Support new tester development, tester upgrades, improvement activities, and service ticket resolution across India and EMEA region.
  • Provide remote and on-site support to other regions when required.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting for tester performance, reliability, control logic, and validation-related issues.
  • Support tester-related data links and system integrations including GTS/PCI and PRTS/SAP interfaces.
  • Ensure tester compliance with applicable standards, calibration requirements, MSA expectations, and CE/safety validation needs.

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field with strong fundamental knowledge of electromechanical integration.
  • 5+ years working experience on electrical design and PLC programming
  • Proficient in reading and designing electrical drawings.
  • Proficient in PLC programming (Rockwell PLC is preferred) and control system design, with good understanding of automatic control logic.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability for electrical, automation, tester, and system integration issues.
  • Able to provide cross-region remote and on-site technical support for EMEA and India, and adapt to cross-time-zone working when required.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication, project management capability, ownership, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in oral and written English

It is a plus if you also:

  • Knowledge of pump products, pump test equipment and ISO9906 is preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment safety specifications and risk assessment is preferred.
