What you will be doing

Your main responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to key business stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define KPIs, and translate business questions into robust analytical frameworks
• Extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms
• Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to surface opportunities for operational improvement and cost savings
• Champion data quality and governance best practices, contributing to the maturity of the organization's analytics capabilities
• Train global audiences and support the adoption of self-service analytics tools across business units

What makes you a great fit

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with strong expertise in Power BI
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Familiarity with SQL for data retrieval
• Strong experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and working with large, complex datasets in a financial context
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
