As our new Requirements Engineer, Apps, you will be eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements for Apps & Tools projects within our Digital Development offering, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every requirement is well-defined, traceable, and signed off at key milestones. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Apps & Tools, Digital Development team, you'll create impact by Bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery by ensuring that the right requirements drive the right solutions for Grundfos customers worldwide..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage requirement deliverables for one or more Apps & Tools projects, ensuring quality and completeness through the full project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders, System Engineers, Architects, and Subject Matter Experts to elicit, document, and refine requirements with the right level of detail
• Define quality and acceptance criteria for requirements and ensure formal sign-off by DP3
• Create and maintain data flow diagrams, process flow charts, and high-level architecture diagrams to support requirement documentation
• Drive continuous improvement of the requirements engineering process across the team

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented requirements professional with strong stakeholder management skills, a structured approach to documentation, and a drive to continuously improve how teams capture and deliver on project requirements. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or a similar role
• Proven expertise in eliciting and capturing requirements from diverse stakeholders across capabilities and regions
• Ability to create data flow diagrams, process flow charts, and high-level architecture diagrams

It is a plus if you also:

• Understanding of systems engineering principles and practices
• Experience with continuous process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle frameworks and stage-gate processes
