Also, you will bring world class capabilities and innovation environment in mobile apps and tools development delivering product and platform features aligned with platform thinking and according to commitments develop the department for future needs. The Manager is responsible for promoting, supporting for line management of the team. This role serves as a leader, providing guidance, coaching, and management to the Team.

 

What is the job about?

 

  • Therefore, you balance your managerial responsibilities with a focus on continuous improvement of methods, processes, functions, deliveries, and competencies within your team. Furthermore, you:
  • Provide capability planning and development (on-board/off-board) based on roadmap/release plan and industry/technology trends
  • Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
  • Create and maintain roadmap for the area of responsibility
  • Ensure the alignment and agreement on capability needs with other part of the organisation
  • Embrace agile mindset
  • Develop the organisation together with the Apps leadership team
  • Ensuring the development team can work effectively and efficiently
  • Concretizing and deriving team-specific objectives and goals, aligned with the overarching direction, as well as to monitor the team’s performance
  • Lead performance evaluations, promotions, and compensation discussions in collaboration with the Head of Apps

 

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about combining technical and people management responsibilities for meaningful impact
  • Able to balance strategic direction with tactical execution—seamlessly shifting between roles as needed

 

Your Background

 

 

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with at least 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master, Manager, or similar role in Project Management
  • Strong background in mobile app and PC tool development, including Flutter, Jira, and general software development
  • Broad business understanding and proven ability to work across functions and having good experience working in cross functional teams
  • Should have experience from working in an international company with international mindset and cultural savvy
  • Good experience working in an agile setup
  • Experience working with change management
  • Good communication
  • Should be willing to travel when required
