As our new Logistics Specialist, you will be coordinating and optimizing logistics operations that keep our global supply chain running efficiently, from shipment planning to delivery execution. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Supply Chain Logistics team, you'll create impact by Driving end-to-end logistics excellence that ensures reliable, cost-effective delivery of sustainable water solutions to customers worldwide..
Your main responsibilities include:
•Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing transportation costs
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics issues and maintain smooth operations
• Monitor and analyze key logistics KPIs such as delivery performance, lead times, and freight costs to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage shipping documentation, customs compliance, and trade regulations for domestic and international shipments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations and distribution processes
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and transportation management systems to ensure supply chain visibility
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented logistics professional with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global supply chain environment. We would also imagine that you have:
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and transportation management tools
• Solid understanding of international shipping, customs procedures, and trade compliance
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
It is a plus if you also:
• Experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with Grundfos products or the manufacturing/industrial sector
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI
