What is the job about?

Lead the development and maintenance of a test strategy for our connectivity products.
Developing and evolving our test framework using models, simulations, and physical devices

Update the test framework for connectivity devices covering embedded and linux platforms
Collaborate with divisional teams to roll out the test framework
establish test architecture and relations between the various tests
conduct automated analysis, assessment, and reporting of the test results to management
Ensure compliance towards IEC 62443 and other cyber security standards

Your main responsibilities:

•Lead the development of a test strategy for connecitivty platform

•Roll out / Implement continuous integration in collaboration with other teams

•Ensure compliance towards cyber security standards

•Mentor junior team members

• Establish a CI/CD strategy for continuous testing.

•Identify Non-Functional requirements and develop a NFT strategy

•Design a modular and reusable test framework across test levels

•Establish a robust test automation strategy

•Identify right tools and test techniques to be followed

•Bring Innovative solution to improve test effeciency

•Ensure proper design, maintenance and reuse of test data

•Focus on integration / Interface testing

•Address technical challenges faced by testers

•Ensure seamless integration of test process into the SDLC

•Establish benchmarks for quality metrics

•Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the test cycle chain

•Ensure peer reviews and technical best practices are followed

•Focus on test Optimization and adopt early testing techniques

Your Background:

•Hold a bachelor’s or master´s degree within engineering, software, or computer science

•Have experience within automated and continuous testing in embedded and linux based systems

•Expert in Deveoloping and executing test strategy for embedded systems

•Expert in setting up CI/CD for embedded testing

•Expert in creating a test strategy for non functional testing (performance, reliability  and cyber security testing )

•Have experience from working with Cloud Services and with linux based hardware Devices

•Have experience in test automation with python and strong programming skills

•Have knowledge on communication protocols like Modbus, Bacnet, tcp/ip etc.,

•Have good communication skills, and you speak and write English fluently.
