What is the job about?
Grundfos is seeking an experienced Content Writer/Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our company's goals, target audience, and brand identity. You will create high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Beyond content creation, you will sometimes play the role of a field marketer, responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through on-the-ground marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, partners, and industry stakeholders to create impactful localized campaigns, events, and activations that align with broader marketing strategies.
Your main responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement Global content strategies that support our marketing and business objectives.
• Conduct research to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and content opportunities.
• Create content calendars and editorial plans to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Content Creation:
• Write compelling, SEO-friendly content for various platforms, including website pages, blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and multimedia-rich content.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Grundfos' style guide and voice across all content deliverables.
Content Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions.
• Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content performance.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with marketing teams to understand Grundfos' brand identity, target audience, and key messaging.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure effective content distribution.
Reporting:
- Maintain content schedules and publishing timelines
- Provide insights on content strategy success and improvements
- Measure impact across digital channels and marketing initiatives
- Analyze industry trends and compare content performance
Field Marketing:
- Support trade shows and activations for IMEA region
- Capture leads and support sales conversions
- Market Insights – Analyze performance and refine strategies
Your Background:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience as a content writer, content strategist, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a strong command of grammar and language.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital and print platforms.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance.
• Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to Grundfos' target audience's preferences, interests, and nuances.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in content management and social media tools like Sprinklr, Hubspot etc.
