Communications and Branding Manager - India
Job Description

We are looking for a Communications leader for India, who can lead initiatives that spark engagement, connect people, and power progress. You will be a part of the Country President’s team and have a link to our global communications team as well. We create news and videos for people, for the intranet, and social media. We write press releases, run change communication campaigns, produce our reports and we shoot our own photos. Our priority is to tell compelling stories and create narratives about Grundfos, our people, our products and about the difference we make in the world. 

To us, communication is a lot more than written words - it is the invisible thread weaving people, purpose, and possibility together. It is the bridge between thought and transformation!

 

We are looking for a Communications leader for India.

In this role, you will develop communication initiatives/activities for the country, both externally and internally. You will secure communication advisory, planning, and alignment with stakeholders, as well as ensure high quality execution. You will support and advance the overall Grundfos and country agenda, while safeguarding the global brand guidelines.

 

What is the job about?

 

  • Create, own and execute with high quality and efficient timeliness, a strong external communications plan that amplifies thought leadership positioning in the country on relevant topics, effectively utilizing broad and diverse channels
  • Identify and prioritize communication initiatives that support key stakeholders and needs.
  • Create, own and execute with high quality and efficient timeliness, a strong internal communications plan that facilitates culture building and effective engagement within the organization
  • Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery on comms tasks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business in the country to partner effectively 
  • Ensure alignment with global branding guidelines for all country level branding initiatives, including gifting, publications etc

 

Your Background

 

  • A Bachelors degree within the field of Communications/Journalism
  • Should have strong hands on experience in communications, with a clear track record of successfully planning and executing communication projects and initiatives in large businesses
  • Atleast 12+ years of experience in working in a large MNC.
  • Strong knowledge of both internal and external communication practices, including change communications, leadership communications, PR and sustainability.
  • Outstanding partnership skills, with a confirmed ability to identify, initiate and lead efforts with both internal and external teams.
  • Excellent to native English skills in both writing and speaking
  • Knowledge of brand management
