Job Description

What is the Job all about?

 

Develop, maintain, and debug intelligent automation software, ensuring stability, quality work, and security. Collaborate closely with different departments and stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of their repetitive tasks and deliver well-suited automation solutions.

 

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug issues in software robots.
  • Develop and test automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with x-functional teams to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions, ensuring proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest back-end and intelligent automation trends to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Create process and end-user documentation.    
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in programming languages to write custom scripts that direct, maintain, and enhance the functionality of bots.
  • Perform various tests on bots to ensure they operate accurately and accurately across various scenarios before updating or launching them.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to identify technical issues in real-time, set up alerts to notify relevant parties of those issues, and troubleshoot them.
  • Collaborate effectively with x-functional teams to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with intelligent automation solutions.

 

Your background: 

  • 2+ years of experience in back-end development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and VBA.
  • Basic programming knowledge of HTML preferred.
  • Proficiency in database management systems like SQL.
  • Experience with SAP systems (e.g. S4/HANA, CRM).
  • Effective problem-solving/programming and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of server, network, and hosting environments.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in RPA and AI development.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Self-motivated, able to work alone, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audience stakeholders.
