Associate Planning Specialist
Job Description

 

What is the job about?

Apply subject matter knowledge, capabilities to drive and support improvements within the continuous development. To provide operational support for Grundfos supply chain, through process improvements or advanced analytics. Practice and ensure Grundfos Safety & Environmental standards in your respective work area.        

​​​​​​​Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust master planning schedule aligned with business objectives and customer demands.
  • Should be a SME in SAP MM and PP module within the area of responsibility.
  • Close co-ordination with Supply Chain COE team for process improvement through automation and digitalisation for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancements.
  • Utilize advanced planning tools and systems, including SAP, to optimize inventory levels, production schedules, resource allocation and SNP accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging RPA, AI, and chatbot technologies to automate routine tasks and enhance decision-making.
  • Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for problem solving obtaining results
  • Track performance of manufacturing processes and benchmark against best in class of others in the Industry.
  • Stay up with of industry trends and best practices in master planning and supply chain management

Your Background

  • Must be a bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have at least 5~8 years of experience of proven track record in supply chain. 
  • Knowledge in SAP PP/MM module
