As our new Administration Assistant, you will drive day-to-day workplace operations across facilities, security, housekeeping, vendor management, and employee services to ensure a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment. What you will be doing
As part of the Workplace & Administration team, you will enhance operational excellence and employee experience across the facility. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing workplace operations including housekeeping, security, access control, canteen services, and seating allocation to ensure high service standards.
• Overseeing vendor management, SLA performance, contract renewals, invoice validation, and commercial documentation in collaboration with Procurement and Finance.
• Coordinating corporate events, town halls, leadership meetings, and visitor arrangements.
• Preparing MIS reports and dashboards, analyzing operational data, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Supporting ISO documentation, internal and external audits, statutory licenses, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, EHS, Procurement, and Security teams to deliver effective administration services and continuous improvements.

We imagine you have:
• A graduate degree in any discipline with 3-8 years of experience in Facilities & Administration, Workplace Management, or Corporate Administration.
• Experience managing housekeeping, security operations, canteen services, and vendor governance.
• Strong skills in MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard management.
• Experience coordinating corporate events, audits, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
