What is the job about?

• Responsible for warehouse management to ensure warehouse operation conform to the account of real consistent principle.
• Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
• 5S and EHS management for warehouse.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Arrange, guide, trace and assess of the work of subordinates.
• Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Carry out subordinates’ performance evaluation and training periodically.
• Take in charge of communication with other function to make sure customer's requirement can be achieved.
• Build, review and improve the related process, WI, and make sure effective completely implement.
• Cooperate with production and effective to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the production line feeding.
• Improve the stock accuracy in warehouse and improve the material handling efficiency.
• VSM analysis regularly. Deploy LEAN Manufacturing concept in warehouse. Improve current material flow and information flow by using LEAN method. Information flow and material feeding rule/container and route design for one piece flow line.
• Deploy GPS Roadmap - Physical material flow in plant. 

What do you need to apply? 

We expect you have:

• College degree or above, or equivalent work experience required.
• Good English skill both in oral and written.
• At least 10 years in warehouse management in manufacturing industry, at least 3 years team management experience in warehouse. 
• Be good at communication skills and teamwork.
• Familiar with Office software, ERP system, experience for SAP would be a plus.
