As our new Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be leading end-to-end warehouse operations—from inbound receiving through kitting, line feeding, and outbound delivery—that ensure seamless material flow and support world-class manufacturing performance. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Warehouse & Logistics Operations team, you'll create impact by optimizing material flow, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency to support on-time production and delivery for our customers worldwide.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Oversee inbound receiving, inspection, system booking, and put-away processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with documentation standards
• Manage warehouse layout, storage strategy, and inventory accuracy through cycle counting and discrepancy resolution while reducing obsolete stock
• Supervise picking, kitting, staging, and line feeding activities in close collaboration with production to ensure timely material supply
• Manage outbound scheduling, packing, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements
• Lead daily warehouse team operations including task planning, performance evaluation, training, and productivity improvement initiatives
• Apply Lean principles such as VSM to continuously improve warehouse processes, drive 5S implementation, and support EHS compliance and GPS roadmap deployment

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you're a hands-on warehouse operations leader with deep manufacturing logistics experience, strong Lean and continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to develop high-performing teams while maintaining operational excellence. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

• Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 10 years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years of team leadership
• Good command of English in both spoken and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems with strong process and data management skills
• SAP experience in warehouse or materials management modules
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen) to warehouse operations
• Familiarity with EHS standards and 5S implementation in an industrial setting
