Production Planner
Job Description

What is the job about?

Daily customer demand and production plan management, daily inventory management.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support and roll out group and local Safety, Health and Environmental policy, standard, and plan to meet plant Safety, Health and Environmental target
  • Daily handle the inquiry from the customer by mail, CIC and DP system;
  • Receive sales orders, confirm the best delivery date according to production capacity and material available status;
  • Take responsibility for production planning of the mass production Lines and new projects;
  • Ensure sufficient resources are available to meet confirmed customer delivery;
  • Arrange weekly production plan and monitor plan productivity, arrange and adjust daily production plan based on sales order confirmation, material status and production capacity;
  • Follow up missing parts tightly and take the action in time;
  • Inventory management;
  • Short-term and long-term demand analysis;
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

 

Your background

  • College degree or above, or equivalent work experience required;
  • Good oral and written English skills;
  • At least 5 years in material planning in manufacturing industry;
  • Good communication skill and teamwork spirit;
  • Familiar with Office software, ERP system, experience for SAP would be beneficial
