As our new Production Planner, you will be executing supply, demand, and inventory planning activities that ensure our production lines deliver the right products at the right time. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by Driving planning excellence that directly supports Grundfos's ability to deliver sustainable water solutions to customers worldwide.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain feasible production plans, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders across Group Operations and Production regions
- Participate in and drive planning-related meetings within the SIOP cycle, contributing data-driven input to support decision-making
- Maintain high master data quality within your area of responsibility and continuously improve planning practices based on performance indicators
- Collect, analyze, and present supply chain data for performance reporting and analytics to support operational excellence
- Support the implementation and deployment of continuous improvement initiatives across the planning function.

Above all, you are a detail-oriented planner with strong analytical skills, supply chain process knowledge, and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging IT tools to optimize production planning.
We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of relevant planning experience within a supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, metrics, and planning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with supply chain IT systems and tools, with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies
