What is the job about?

  • Optimizing logistics operations, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and driving overall business success through effective planning, analysis, and implementation of logistics solutions.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Support and deploy group and local Safety, Health and Environmental policy, standard and plan, strive to achieve plant Safety, Health and Environmental target.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to E2E supply chain operations by using lean tools and digital tools to overall improve safety and productivity for external and internal flow movement including but not limit, such as VSM, transportation fixture design and implement, AGV, automation, and Packaging improvement etc…
  • Flow design and improvement using lean tools and digital tools.
  • Improve office efficiency by digital tools such as RPA and AI.
  • Design and optimize supply chain, logistics network and systems to improve transportation routes and warehouse layout.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement in transportation, warehousing, and distribution, utilize data analysis tools and software to optimize logistics efficiency and costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance logistics performance and meet business objectives. Work together with Plant CI, ME, APU and Group IS, AME, SC for better solution, following Group Standard and best practice sharing.
  • Implement technology solutions to automate and improve logistics operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of logistics initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in logistics processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards to maintain the legality and safety of logistics operations.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Your background

  • College degree or above, or equivalent work experience required;
  • Good English skill both in oral and written;
  • At least 8 years in logistics engineer or logistics planner or lean practical successful projects;
  • Be good at communication skills and team work
  • Familiar with CAD, Python, VBA,Office software, ERP system, experience for SAP would be a plus.
