常熟工厂概念店实习生

工作职责:
1.        协助行政部门为参访者订餐
2.       协助指导参访者安全衣物的穿戴,及时管理安全衣物
3.       协助VIP 会议室设施协调工作
4.       协助处理客户参访邮件
5.        协助行政部门处理海外客户行程安排
6.       协助处理客户进厂注册
7.        协助处理大型参访团体如学校
8.       客户参访申请单的处理
9.       协助翻译相关文件
10.     展厅样品设备&环境日常维护(比如电视机或电脑的开启,茶歇区的咖啡等物品安置。)

要求:
大二,大三,大四在校生
良好的沟通技巧
良好的英文口语沟通能力
熟悉使用Windows,Word,Excel,PPT及Outlook
良好的团队合作能力
