Payroll Specialist

Job Purpose:
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for executing selected United Kingdom payroll and benefits processes in accordance with the agreed service framework. The role contributes to continuous improvement, user‑centric service delivery, KPI performance, efficiency, and process standardization across the HR organization. Experience in UK payroll and benefits administration is strongly preferred.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation of UK payroll and time administration, covering all steps of the established payroll and benefits processes.
- Drive operational excellence within the HR Service Center, including the development, deployment, and optimization of processes and workflows.
- Support and promote standardization, simplification, and implementation of HR processes across the organization.
- Operate and administer the local Time & Attendance system.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits administration.
- Hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems.
- Background in a global or multinational company.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience administering UK benefits.
- Highly structured, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a strategic overview while also managing detailed operational tasks.
