Research & Development
Campaign & Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Description

Own and operate our digital campaign engine – with focus on lead generation, performance and brand visibility. Are you a hands-on digital marketing specialist who thrives on turning strategy into impact? At Grundfos, we’re looking for a proactive campaign and performance expert to take full ownership of our digital campaign operations – across paid media, analytics, and content – while driving lead generation, positioning, and commercial growth.

The Role – A central driver of growth and performance

You will be the go-to person for executing and optimizing digital campaigns across channels – Search, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable business results. From performance tracking to content coordination and conversion optimization, your role is to ensure every campaign delivers value.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms
  • Execute campaign A/B testing and CRO tactics to continuously improve performance and cost-efficiency
  • Ensure robust tracking and analytics setup in collaboration with our Digital & Analytics teams (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Brand and Commercial teams to align messaging, audiences, and campaign timing
  • Manage both paid and organic SoMe activities to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility
  • Monitor key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, MQLs, etc.) and translate insights into action

Your Profile – Operationally strong and commercially minded

You’re a digital generalist with deep campaign experience, a strong analytical mindset and a can-do attitude. You understand how to drive both awareness and demand, and how to scale digital marketing efforts across multiple touchpoints.

We imagine that you:

  • Have 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing and campaign management
  • Are highly proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools
  • Understand lead generation funnels and have experience running high-performance paid campaigns
  • Are data-driven and skilled at performance reporting and ROI analysis
  • Understand the balance between performance and branding in modern marketing
  • Are a collaborative team player with a structured and proactive mindset

What’s in it for you?

Your day-to-day benefits include:

  • Flexible working hours and up to 3 days’ additional paid leave for volunteering of your choice
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance, parental support, and internal well-being consultants and programs
  • Access to the modern Grundfos Academy to pursue further both personal and professional development
  • A diverse, inclusive environment with employee-led forums offering colleagues a safe place to connect and share openly
  • Well-equipped home office workstations and encouragement to engage and have fun with colleagues in the office
  • Sport opportunities (Sport Card, sport events)
