As our new CSSC Back Office Engineer DBS, you will be handling back office engineering tasks within our Digital Building Services portfolio, ensuring accurate order processing, technical documentation, and seamless coordination between commercial teams and customers. Your main responsibilities include:
• Process and manage customer orders for Digital Building Services products, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Provide technical back office support including product configuration, pricing validation, and documentation
• Collaborate with front office teams, logistics, and supply chain to resolve order-related issues
• Maintain and update customer records, order data, and system information in ERP and CRM platforms
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance order handling efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support cross-functional teams with technical expertise on DBS product specifications and availability
What makes you a great fit
• 5+ years of experience in back office engineering, order management, or technical customer support in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM tools
• Strong technical understanding of pump systems, HVAC, or building services products
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
It is a plus if you also:
• Experience with Digital Building Services or intelligent pump solutions
• Familiarity with Grundfos product portfolio and configuration tools
• Background in lean process improvement or Six Sigma methodologies
