Continuous Improvement Specialist – Water Treatment
Grundfos Water Treatment Italy is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist for the QHSE & Facility Department.
The successful candidate will support the ongoing enhancement of business processes by driving efficiency, quality, and innovation, with a strong focus on developing and implementing sustainability projects aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across Operations, QHSE, and Facility areas, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor sustainability projects (e.g., energy efficiency, water consumption reduction, waste management and reduction, circular economy).
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and cross-functional problem-solving activities.
- Define and monitor improvement and sustainability KPIs, ensuring measurable results and periodic reporting to management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability by actively engaging employees.
- Identify digitalization opportunities to support process efficiency and reduce environmental impact
We imagine that you have:
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving tools, and project management techniques.
- Basic understanding of corporate sustainability and environmental management.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and collaborative approach
- Full professional proficiency in English
