Sales Engineer SwimmingPool: Veneto
Are you ready to put your commercial experience on the line to make a difference in a leading multinational water treatment company?
In this position, you will play a fundamental role for creating the sales strategy, sales forecast reports and the sales pipeline. You will have to manage the network of sales agents in the Veneto region, the dealer network and a customer portfolio in order to develop market shares.
Your main responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the assigned area: Veneto, through constant relations with customers
- Identification of competitors and comparison analysis for the swimmingpool market, if needed
- Commercial promotion activities at design studios, large thermo-hydraulic companies, contractors and in general all stakeholders in the pool market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Prepare offers and quotations for new systems or for the renovation of existing ones
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities
- Administrate customer and sales pipeline information in systems (eg CRM)
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Technical qualification as chemical/mechanical/enviromental
- Previous experience of 4 years in structured companies in the plant and machinery sector, preferably specific water treatment
- Availability to work off-site and continuous travel within the assigned territory
- Knowledge of the English language
- Strong skills of empathy and creation of interpersonal relationships
- Problem solving skills, ability to work on projects, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, motivation, availability for mobility and inclination towards innovations complete the required profile
