As our new Customer Sales & Support Center (CSSC) Manager, OEM Technical Solutions, you will be leading and developing an internal sales support team to deliver exceptional technical solutions, quotations, and customer service across digital, telephone, and email channels for our OEM customers.

This position follows a hybrid work model and may be based from any Grundfos office across the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales & Support Centre (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by driving customer satisfaction and sales growth by empowering your team to deliver timely, expert technical support that strengthens Grundfos's reputation as a trusted partner.

Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of application engineers, optimising resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage, performance, and professional growth.
  • Ensure world-class technical quotations, product sizing, and solution advice are delivered within SLA targets and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to team efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
  • Lead the team to achieve targets and critical operating tasks through the Performance and Development Dialogue process, fostering a sales-minded culture.
  • Collaborate with other CSSC Managers to share best practices, benchmark performance, and ensure common process alignment.
  • Monitor team health, safety, and wellbeing while participating in hiring and ongoing employee development dialogues.

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a customer-focused technical leader with strong people management skills, similar product knowledge, and a passion for continuous improvement and team development. We would also imagine that you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience (5+ years).
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a technical sales support, application engineering, or similar customer-facing technical environment.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams with a focus on customer service excellence and technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills together with the ability to build strong and trusting relationship with both Internal and External Stakeholders.

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with pump systems, water technology, or OEM/industrial applications.
  • Familiarity with Grundfos products, selection tools, and market applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (CRM/C4C/SD).
  • Track record of driving process improvements and fostering a sales-oriented team culture.
  • The ability to communicate in Spanish.

The salary range for this position for candidates in Canada is CAD105,200 – CAD159,020, and for candidates in the US is USD96,400 – USD149,310. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Oakville, ON, Canada and Lenexa, KS, USA.
