What you will be doing
As a key part of the Systems & Tools, Service & Solutions team, you'll create impact by Leading end-to-end system implementations that transform how Grundfos delivers customer service worldwide, becoming a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organization.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Plan and execute system implementations and change management activities across local companies, aligning with regional and company service managers, super users, and IT colleagues
• Drive project communication and collaborate with local management to ensure cultural aspects are considered in implementation planning
• Evaluate system configurations to meet local commercial and legal requirements based on project principles
• Lead local tool implementations including training, issue resolution, and hyper-care support
• Facilitate Site Readiness Tests with local super users and serve as the point of contact for system usage and process excellence inquiries

It is a plus if you also:

•Solid knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks
•Experience working in a global organization similar to Grundfos

You'll also be available for travelling up to 50 days per year.
