Senior Planner

What is the job about?

As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for Distribution Center (DC) planning of finished goods and accessories across North America within the DBS Performance Unit.

 

This position reports directly to the America Order Execution & Reverse Logistics Supervisor and is based at our Buenos Aires, Argentina facility, operating in a hybrid model.

 

Candidates must be authorized to work in Argentina without sponsorship.


Your main responsibilities: 

  • Plan and purchase DC materials from external suppliers and sister companies.
  • Collaborate with order execution, production plants, warehouses, shipping, and purchasing teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Develop strategies to reduce slow-moving inventory and optimize days of supply.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes.
  • Maintain and update master data to support on-time delivery and inventory health.
  • Lead segmentation processes.
  • Calculate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

Your background

We imagine that you have: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience (3+ years in planning roles).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills across all levels and functions.
  • Strategic thinking with a global business mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative spirit with cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, preferable SAP and BI tools.
