What is the job about?
As a Marketing Coordinator at Grundfos, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end execution of the local marketing plan in your assigned country or countries. This involves following group playbooks, regional marketing plans, and best practices. You will also execute and coordinate the local marketing plan in close cooperation and agreement with local sales management.
This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing, Water Utility and can be based either in our Argentina office (Garin, Provincia de Buenos Aires) or Monterrey, MX facility. Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported, and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Argentina or Mexico without assistance.
Please note: This role is not a Leadership/Manager position. It is an individual contributor role as an specialist. The salary will fall within the specified pay range for this type of role.
Your main responsibilities:
Local marketing plans execution
- Define and execute the local marketing plan (incl. media) in cooperation and agreement with Regional Marketing Head and sales management
- Implement and adapt marketing campaigns/programs that fit in with the local market's needs in agreement with local sales management
- Coordinate region marketing budget.
- Execute communication + PR activities with support from Regional Marketing Head
- Arrange and coordinate end-to-end events, trainings and exhibitions on a local level, including media coverage and follow-up
- Target emailing
- Execute target group surveys
- Manage and coordinate the tasks and deliverables of local agencies
- Support sales with required materials and event arrangements
Marketing materials and tools preparation
- Develop or adapt PR content & marketing materials with support from regional Application and Product specialists
- Develop and translate local materials
Customer support
- Support WU partners with marketing materials and required information
- Customer loyalty programs and communities support
- Coordinate customer Reference visits and factory trips
Ad-hoc Marketing support
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- B. Sc in marketing/social science or another with additional marketing courses required
- Most likely to have 5 + years of relevant work experience
- Experience from working with an international company with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area of marketing
- Demonstrate ability to lead projects or processes
- Experience from working with digital marketing tools
- Marketo and AEM experience preferred
- Experience in working with creation of technical content
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Municipal water and wastewater or groundwater experience desired
