What is the job about? 
As an Application Analyst, you will belong to a Team focused on supporting our business users in the day-by-day operations within the Application Area of SAP Sales and Distribution solving the medium to high complexity tickets and collaborating with Senior Consultants in related Projects.

 

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager and will operate hybrid function of the Buenos Aires Argentina (Garin) facility. Qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Argentina without support.


Your main responsibilities: 

  • Responsible to solve Tickets escalated from Level 1 Support as system bugs, requests for service and change requests
  • Responsible to analyze the tickets and identify the Root Cause
  • Responsible for the Level 1 Training to guarantee the correct knowledge sharing and the correct split of tickets Level 1 vs Level 2. Involved in Service Introduction when new features are going live in the system
  • Limited support of projects under the supervision of Application Consultant

 

Your background

We imagine that you have: 

  • 2-3 years of experience are needed,
  • University bachelor’s or master’s degree preferable in – Sales Business or related field
  • Experience with SAP S4HANA Sales and Distribution Module (SD) in the following Areas:

Organizational Structure (e.g. Sales Org., Sales Office, Sales Group …)

Order Handling

Delivery Handling

Billing Handling

Pricing Procedures

SAP Document Compliance

Knowledge of other SAP modules (ie. CRM, CS, SD, LE) will be extra bonus

  • Experience from similar Sales companies/operations or from a Consultancy Company where proven experience can be documented
  • International experience from either previous job in Global oriented Companies or from similar experience through consultancy assignments are mandatory
