What is the job about?
The Systems Consultant is responsible within advisory services and complex application design, development, implementation, and application integration. The Systems Consultant has the responsibility of optimizing architectural design across supported solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
- Being the owner of the IT Solution Design in SAP S4 Hana PtP applications
- Ensuring with the team that the Solution Design is consistent, stable and audit compliant
- Collaborating with external service suppliers and vendors
- Facilitating decision making of SAP design topics between the business, project teams and service providers
- Consulting business stakeholders on ideal / optimal implementation of application related business processes
- Closely aligning integration to other applications and application roadmap with Enterprise Architecture team
- Ensuring IT Service excellence by monitoring relevant KPI’s and continuous improvements together with IT Partners, IT Operations and Business.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- An academic degree
- Significant work experience, + 5 years, in SAP as a FI/CO Systems Consultant
- Specialist knowledge of Vendor Invoice Management
- In-depth functional and technical knowledge in the design of an E2E value flow in relation to a business process.
- In-depth understanding of ABAP development to a level needed to validate functional specifications
- Knowledge in ARIBA but not a must
- Experience in outsourced services and functionally leading consultants of a 3rd party delivery partner
- Experience in facilitating decision meetings, and in providing documentation for, and to drive for decisions
- Fluent in English language, in writing and spoken
- Excellent communication and presentation skills towards business and IT management, as well as business end-users and IT technical personnel. Understand the diversity of the audience to ensure communication is well perceived
