As our new Manager Planning & Order Execution, EMEA & South America, you will be leading the regional Planning & Order Execution team for spare parts across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South America — driving performance, developing people, and continuously improving how we plan and deliver.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Global Spare Part Supply Planning & Order Execution team, you'll create impact by Driving delivery and inventory performance across multiple regions, ensuring customers receive the right spare parts at the right time while building a high-performing, engaged team..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop the Planning & Order Execution team, strengthening competencies and performance in supply planning and order execution
- Drive weekly and monthly performance management across delivery and inventory KPIs, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Define, implement, and continuously improve the regional operating model in alignment with global standards
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Service, production, logistics, and product management to ensure effective order fulfilment
- Enable strategic inventory targets through regional processes including phase-in/phase-out, segmentation, slow-moving inventory, and stock balancing
- Drive operational projects and strategic initiatives supporting regional and global spare parts supply chain development
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a results-oriented supply chain professional with proven people management experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a talent for cross-functional collaboration in complex environments. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, order management, or production planning with proven people management experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced planning tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment with complex multi-site supply chains
- APICS/CPIM certification or equivalent supply chain professional qualification
- Hungarian language skills
