Stream Global Graduate Programme - Finance 

 

Are you ready to dive into the world of Grundfos, a global leader in sustainable water solutions?

 

Stream is our Global Graduate Programme (GGP), a two-year development journey starting in September 2026. The GGP is designed to expand your skills and values, providing a well-defined track for rapid career growth and transformation. In other words, a chance to define your future!

 

In Budapest this year, we are particularly looking for people with Finance background.

 

What is the programme about?

Designed to prepare you for your next career step, the programme consists of three eight-month rotations to accelerate your growth and unlock your potential.

 

In each rotation you will be working on a specific project under the management of a Project Owner and a team of Grundfos employees. During this project, you will contribute to a real challenge found in the business,

 

You will be part of a global community of Global Graduates, coming together as a group several times over the course of the programme, both online and in person. You will for example travel to Denmark to visit our headquarters, experience Grundfos’ history and be a part of its future.

 

What are the requirements for applying?

 

To apply for the Stream Global Graduate Programme in Hungary, we expect you to have:

 

  • A Bachelor's degree. (Graduation latest by June 2026)
  • Preferably a Master’s degree
  • A maximum of two years of relevant experience after graduation.
  • The ability to create a significant impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A comprehensive analytical competency with digital and customer-centric mindset and flair for technology and digitalisation.
  • Effective communication skills and excellent written and spoken English.
  • A valid work permit for Hungary.
  • The location for this programme in Hungary is Budapest.
