Spare Parts Specialist (German Speaking)

As our new Spare Parts Specialist DACH, you will be managing spare parts operations for the DACH market, ensuring seamless availability, accurate identification, and efficient order processing to keep Grundfos customers up and running. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Service Support team, you'll create impact by Driving customer satisfaction and equipment uptime by delivering fast, accurate spare parts support across one of our most important European markets..

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Identify, quote, and process spare parts orders for DACH customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Provide technical spare parts consultation to customers, sales teams, and service engineers using product documentation and system tools
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve availability issues and expedite critical orders
  • Maintain and update spare parts data, pricing, and product information in ERP and CRM systems
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to spare parts, driving first-contact resolution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize spare parts processes and customer experience

 

What makes you a great fit

 

Above all, you are a detail-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude, customer service mindset, and fluency in German, ready to be the go-to spare parts expert for the DACH region. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in spare parts management, technical customer support, or order processing in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Fluent German and professional English skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to read product documentation and identify components

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with pump systems, water technology, or rotating equipment
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Additional language skills relevant to the DACH market (e.g., French for Swiss market)
