Service Business Analyst
Job Description

Are you passionate about turning service performance data into actionable insights that drive real improvements across a global organization?

Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Service Business Analyst, you will be delivering data-driven insights and performance reporting that strengthen our after-sales service operations, collaborating with service management teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure reliable, timely decision support. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Service Performance Management team, you'll create impact by driving performance improvements across our global service operations by translating complex data into clear insights that shape how we serve our customers.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Deliver reliable, data-driven insights to support operational and tactical decision-making across service functions
  • Develop and maintain accurate reporting and analysis outputs used by service management and business stakeholders
  • Analyse service failure data and report findings to support corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support performance management activities in projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business needs
  • Collaborate across functions with process consultants, BI/data teams, and service management to drive global service initiatives

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a structured, analytically strong professional with service environment experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • Several years of experience working with data analysis, reporting, or process improvement within a service environment
  • Solid analytical and business understanding with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that support decision-making
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with BI tools and performance management frameworks
  • Background in after-sales service or technical service operations, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing without direct authority

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
