What You’ll Do

As our Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role in driving and continuously evolving our global Talent Management and Succession Review process across the organisation. You will also contribute to key global talent initiatives, supporting the ongoing development of our practices.

You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to co-create and deliver solutions that strengthen our talent pipeline and build future capabilities, ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach across regions.

 

Operating from a Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will:

  •  Drive the continuous improvement of the global talent and succession review process, ensuring strong governance, consistency, and business value across regions
  • Act as a trusted expert on SuccessFactors, ensuring effective system utilisation, data quality, and continuous optimisation of talent processes
  • Work closely with the broader Talent Management team  to support shaping and evolving our global talent approach, ensuring alignment across initiatives
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and senior leaders to enable high-quality talent conversations and decisions globally
  • Contribute to and support global talent initiatives that strengthen internal mobility, leadership pipelines, and organisational capability

You will help ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time, while supporting a strong culture of growth, inclusion, and continuous development.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and talent projects in a global context.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for people development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across cultures and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Thrives in collaboration and is committed to team success.
  • Brings strong data analytics capabilities and an agile mindset.

 

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management roles.
  • Experience working in a Centre of Excellence
  • Solid experience working in SuccessFactors
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

 

This role can be based in Europe.
