Senior Service Business Analyst
Job Description

Are you passionate about translating complex business needs into actionable insights and solutions that drive real operational impact?

Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Senior Business Analyst, you will be bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that support Grundfos's strategic objectives. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Performance Management team, you'll create impact by driving smarter decision-making across the organization by turning business challenges into structured, scalable solutions that accelerate Grundfos's digital transformation.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into clear requirements and solution designs
  • Partner with stakeholders across the service leadership team, finance, operations, and IT to align initiatives with strategic priorities
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models that provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive alignment
  • Support change management efforts by documenting processes, creating training materials, and ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies that enhance analytical capabilities

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a sharp analytical thinker with a talent for stakeholder management, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a genuine drive to turn complexity into clarity. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a complex, international organization or equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar
  • Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements using structured methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
