In this position, you will:
Provide administrative support to categories related to sourcing and relationship activities, in close cooperation with Category Management. In addition, provide administrative support on team level and role model in the below-mentioned key activities.
Your main responsibilities:
- Data Management: Responsible for creating and maintaining all purchase-related master data in accordance with Best Practice.
- Representing advanced level of process knowledge and expertise.
- Support classification and reclassification of materials.
- Do vendor creation and maintenance both.
- Updating and administrate INCOTERMS and payment terms and conditions.
- Optimize data quality.
- Support Category Management in various activities such as data analysis and classification.
- Carrying out various data analyses using ERP related systems or data sources; KPI follow up.
- Coordinate and support training of employees within processes.
- Proactivity in process-related ideas.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- 3-4 years’ experience in similar role (in indirect and direct sourcing and/or operational procurement activities)
- Understanding the order flow and related procurement processes
- Confident English knowledge
- Proficiency of Procurement systems (e.g. ARIBA, ScanMarket, Sievo, Power BI, SAP)
- Systematic and quality-oriented way of working, following instructions and procedures
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment
