Senior Learning Design Partner
Job Description

What is the job about?

Develop and apply Learning & Development initiatives/activities with a cross functional impact on business and with some degree of functional responsibility.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Strategic and operational consulting by translating business objectives into specific learning initiatives
  • Focus on evaluating and implementing best practice processes and procedures across business areas
  • Interact with strategic stakeholders (internal and external) across the entire Grundfos
  • Build up specialist competencies to continuously develop and support strategic business deliverables of L&D
  • Develop L&D initiatives, material and concepts
  • Collaborate, align and build partnerships with Business Learning Partners
  • Align and support development of procedures, framework tool, systems and processes with Group L&D
  • Drives the design and development of solutions that exemplify best practices in learning
  • Define and provide L&D deliverables in line with short and long-term needs of the business
  • Drive Project Management for learning projects and lead the appointed project team
  • Drive the design, implementation, and execution of the Learning Design Team deliverables to the business
  • Monitor and support KPIs and ROI on L&D activities

 

Your background

We imagine that you have:  

  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience
  • experience driving developed processes within L&D
  • solid experience of planning, processes, execution of activities and projects within L&D
  • insights in and experience with the newest learning trends
  • great understanding of relevant systems, tool, processes, legal regulations
  • fluency in spoken and written English knowledge
  • strong stakeholder management skills
  • a team player attitude and have collaborative skills
  • analytical and structured working method
  • passion about L&D
  • instructional designer skills
  • digital learning skills
  • content management skills
  • storytelling and communication skills
  • social learning skills
