As our new Senior Finance Specialist, RTR Process Consultant, you will be spearheading process improvement initiatives within Record-to-Report, driving migrations and transitions to shared service centres, and acting as a trusted advisor on complex financial process matters across the organisation.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Finance Excellence team, you'll create impact by Driving end-to-end RTR process optimization that strengthens decision-making, ensures compliance, and delivers brilliant stakeholder satisfaction across Grundfos's global finance operations..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Identify, design, and drive RTR process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance across global finance operations
  • Lead process changes, migrations, and smooth transitions of tasks to our Shared Service Centre, ensuring minimal disruption and high quality outcomes
  • Act as a specialist advisor to finance managers and senior stakeholders on RTR processes, policies, and best practices
  • Perform high-quality analysis to support business decision-making and ensure adherence to global and local finance policies
  • Collaborate closely with Process Leads, Regional Finance Controllers, Operations, and IT directors to align process improvements with strategic objectives
  • Apply and champion global standards, policies, and processes within the RTR domain to drive consistency and excellence

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a seasoned finance process professional with deep RTR expertise, a track record of leading process transformations in shared service environments, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex global organisation. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 8-10+ years of experience in finance process development, governance, or a managerial role within a Shared Service Centre, preferably in Record-to-Report
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver finance process improvement projects end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of RTR processes, relevant systems, and applicable local laws and regulations

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience working in a large-scale manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) in a global finance context
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT and Operations leadership
